Best price on the market
KC™ Ceramic Thermal Pads provide outstanding thermal management for a wide range of electronic devices, combining high performance with cost efficiency. The KC™ Series A (25 W/mK), made from alumina, outperforms standard silicone, mica, and similar materials, ensuring reliable operation at low cost. For more demanding applications, KC™ Series N (180 W/mK) and KC™ Series NH (230 W/mK), made from aluminum nitride, deliver exceptional thermal conductivity, rivaling the performance of expensive and toxic beryllium oxide (BeO). To achieve maximum efficiency, KC™ thermal pads can be manufactured with metallized surfaces for soldering, providing unmatched heat dissipation capabilities. Our thermally conductive insulating ceramic pads are fully customizable in size, thickness, and shape, with options with or without mounting holes, making them ideal for any application
