🎯 Who This Role Is For

You understand how electronics supply chains work at the component and materials level. You know that the real sales conversation happens with the design or production engineer before any procurement process begins — and you know how to have that conversation. Prior experience at or with organisations such as BEL, HAL, Astra Microwave, Data Patterns, DRDO-ecosystem companies, or companies supplying into defence and aerospace electronics is a strong advantage. But we are equally interested in candidates from industrial electronics, power electronics, or RF/microwave component supply backgrounds.


🔹 What You Will Own

  • Build and grow a portfolio of accounts across manufacturers of RF modules, microwave assemblies, power electronics, embedded systems, and related subsystems — serving defence, aerospace, space, and industrial segments
  • Identify and engage the right technical and commercial stakeholders at each account: design engineers, production teams, and procurement
  • Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting → technical qualification → sampling → approval → commercial negotiation → repeat supply
  • Develop and manage relationships with Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers to defence and aerospace integrators (BEL, HAL, Astra Microwave, Data Patterns, ISRO vendors, and similar)
  • Support tender and RFP processes where relevant — including GeM, techno-commercial proposals, and vendor registration
  • Feed market intelligence back to internal teams: what customers need, what specifications are emerging, where the gaps are
  • Work closely with engineering and R&D to position custom and high-spec solutions for strategic accounts

⭐ Strong Advantage If You Have

  • An existing network among module manufacturers or component suppliers serving defence / aerospace electronics in India
  • Experience working at or closely with BEL, HAL, Astra Microwave, Data Patterns, or DRDO-ecosystem companies
  • Understanding of qualification and approval processes for materials in high-reliability electronic assemblies
  • Exposure to source approval, vendor development, or material substitution projects

🎯 Who This Role Is For

You will identify and develop relationships with manufacturers of electronic modules and assemblies who could use our ceramic components and packaging solutions in their production. This is a technical B2B sales role — you'll be talking to engineers as much as to buyers, and understanding the customer's product and process is key to making the sale. It's a great fit if you've worked in component or materials sales, technical sales support, or customer-facing roles in electronics manufacturing — and you want to take on more ownership and grow into a senior commercial position.


🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage manufacturers across defence, aerospace, industrial, medical, and adjacent high-reliability segments
  • Qualify leads, set up meetings, and introduce Inceram's products to technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Support the sampling and qualification process — coordinate between the customer's engineering team and Inceram's internal team
  • Prepare quotations, support tender submissions and vendor registration processes where relevant
  • Manage an active pipeline of accounts and opportunities; report progress and market feedback regularly
  • Build relationships over time — our product qualifications create long-term, repeat supply relationships

🔹 What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or business development in electronics components, materials, or industrial manufacturing
  • Engineering background in ECE / EEE / E&I preferred — you don't need to be an expert in ceramics, but you should be comfortable discussing technical specifications with customers
  • Good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and follow-ups simultaneously
  • Self-driven, organised, and willing to travel for customer visits
  • Prior exposure to any of the following is an advantage: RF/microwave components, power electronics, PCB manufacturing, defence electronics supply chain, or industrial electronics
